Meet your teachers!

We're so excited to be teaching you this year!


This is Mrs. Levetan's 6th year at Tritt and 9th year teaching in Cobb County. She grew up in Cobb County and is a proud graduate of Pope High School. She then attend the University of Kentucky and graduated with a degree in Arts Administration. After working several years at the Woodruff Arts Center in Midtown Atlanta she went back to school to peruse her passion for teaching. She received her Undergraduate and Masters of Education from Kennesaw State University. Mrs. Levetan is married and has 2 children, Bailey (5) and Avi (3), who will be Tritt Tigers this year! In her (very little) free time Mrs. Levetan enjoys seeing Broadway theater, reading and traveling.






Patricia Martinez joins the Tritt team as a full time MID paraprofessional. Mrs. Martinez grew up in Coral Springs, Florida. She earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in molecular biology and microbiology from the University of Central Florida. Mrs. Martinez moved closer to home in south Florida where she taught Biology and Biotechnology.

She married her college sweetheart, Paul, and they have two children Austin (8) and Olivia (5). A job opportunity for Paul brought them to the metro Atlanta area. She was a stay at home mom before returning to work part time at St. Andrew UMC Preschool as a substitute and teaching assistant.

Mrs. Martinez loves the beach, hiking and family bike rides. She is excited to begin her next adventure at Tritt.




Mercedes Touchstone is a MID paraprofessional here at Tritt Elementary. She is a proud graduate of Pope High School and grew up here in East Cobb. She is currently working towards her degree in Special Education. This past year she worked as a paraprofessional at Murdock Elementary. She has a daughter in kindergarten at Tritt, and she is getting married this fall to her fiancee Jake.
